Sports Lighting and Scoreboard Installation in Arizona
Arizona is where RMES has done some of its highest-profile work: LED sports lighting at professional spring training and player development complexes, alongside city park fields, high school stadiums, and a rodeo arena.
Arizona
Professional facilities and Valley parks
Our Arizona portfolio includes the Kansas City Royals spring training facility in Surprise, the Cleveland Guardians Player Development Complex in Goodyear, and Fitch Park in Mesa. On active professional facilities, we coordinate crane work, access, and staging with the team's schedule — fixture arrays assembled on the ground, poles set by crane, then aiming and commissioning.
Across the Phoenix area we have also lit municipal park fields for Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise, Gilbert, and Mesa; high school fields in Queen Creek and Parker; the rodeo arena in Apache Junction; and the soccer field at Posse Ground in Sedona.

Questions we work through on Arizona projects
- Are there multiple fields that need independent control?
- City park complexes often want each field controlled separately so staff only light what's being used. We tie in controls to match how the parks department actually runs the site.
- Will the facility be in use during installation?
- On training complexes and busy parks, we sequence crane work and pole sets around practice and game schedules and agree on access windows up front.
- Is a scoreboard upgrade planned for the same field?
- We can scope scoreboard structure, power, and controls together with the lighting work and coordinate the shared electrical scope.
